This six-week live Zoom package offers a gentle, supportive approach to yoga designed to help you feel more balanced, calm, and confident in your body.

Each class is chair-supported and thoughtfully paced, allowing you to move in a way that feels comfortable and right for you. Through slow, mindful movement and simple breathing practices, you’ll begin to release tension, improve mobility, and create a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.

Classes begin seated and may gradually move to standing, with the chair always available for support. There is no floor work, and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.

Over the six weeks, we’ll explore practices that support:

• balance and stability
• mobility and joint health
• posture and alignment
• breathing for calm and energy
• confidence in everyday movement

With regular practice, many people begin to notice a deeper sense of connection to their body, greater comfort in movement, and a more settled, steady presence throughout the day.

This series is a welcoming space to slow down, build supportive habits, and experience the benefits of gentle, consistent practice in a way that feels sustainable and encouraging.
