
A gentle chair-supported class designed to help you build balance and stability through slow, mindful movement. Using the support of a chair, you’ll improve coordination, strengthen key muscles, and feel more confident in your movement.
All classes begin seated and may gradually move to standing, with the chair always available for support. There is no floor work, and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.
With regular practice, many people begin to notice a deeper sense of connection to their body, greater comfort in movement, and a more settled, steady presence throughout the day.
